The historic white village is set into the mountains amongst the battlements of a Roman/Moorish fortress and derelict church.

Casares is located half way between the Costa del Sol and the Ronda mountains. Casares is a beautiful white village of urban Arab design and has an impressive natural environment with a varied countryside of hills, Spanish firs, orchards and cereal fields.
