BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. No contract shall exist until a signed booking form and deposit (or full payment) has been received by us and a confirmation of booking has been sent to you.
  2. The non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is accepted as an instalment against total cost, the balance being due 10 weeks before departure.  Where this is not received in time, we reserve the right to cancel and resell any part or all of that period of the booking.
  3. A security deposit of £100 per stay is required along with your balance to be refunded within 28 days of your return, subject to any charge for damage or breakages.
  4. Only persons named on the booking form may occupy the apartment.  We reserve the right to terminate this contract, should unauthorised persons occupy the property.
  5. All cancellations should be in writing by the person who signed the booking form.  In the event that you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
    More than 10 weeks before departure - loss of deposit
    10 weeks before departure - 50% of rental cost
    Less than 5 weeks - 100% of rental cost
  6. The owners or the owners’ agents cannot be held responsible for any withdrawal of any amenities within the development or any breakdown of equipment or appliances in or around your apartment during your stay.
  7. Any loss or damage to the property or its content must be reported to the Management Company and you are liable to make good and fully compensate for any loss or damage.  We do ask for your co-operation on this, particularly so that replacements or repairs may be made promptly and not affect the following tenants.
  8. During your stay the owners or owners’ agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused whilst in the apartment, pool or surrounding areas.
  9. Please bear in mind that your apartment will be situated on developments which consist of both residential and holiday homes.  The owners or owners’ agents cannot be held responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing apartments or any noise or nuisance as a result thereof on or around the development.
  10. The owners or owners’ agents cannot be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, flood, closure of airports, weather conditions, terrorist activity, war, riots, fire, natural or nuclear disasters or other events beyond our control).
  11. In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay please contact the Management Company.
